Large windows bring in immense amounts of light, but curtains have been strategically hung for turning the bright living room into a cozy TV-viewing theater. The 2019 HGTV Smart Home was also designed with environmental conservation in mind. Solar-powered smart skylights monitor temperature and bring fresh air and daylight into the home. Energy-efficient insulating glass was used for the windows in the main living room to minimize wasted heating and cooling.

Now that we have been in our home for a few months, we've had a couple minor things here and there, and the warranty process is just as great.
